Additional information Commandez une étiquette de retour et bénéficiez du service de la poste "retour en boite aux lettres" ou dans un bureau de poste. Votre étiquette retour vous sera envoyée par e-mail dès traitement de votre demande par notre service du lundi au vendredi.

Etape 1 : Passez commande de l'étiquette de retour sur notre site et choisissez l'option de transport colissimo.

Etape 2 : Vous recevez une étiquette par e-mail, dès traitement de votre demande du lundi au Samedi entre 9h et 18h.

Etape 3 : Imprimez l'étiquette fournie par e-mail et collez-la sur votre colis.

Etape 4 : Choisissez une méthode de dépôt parmi ces 3 options :
- Dépôt de votre colis en bureau de poste

Exchange Policy


You can return an item for an exchange of size or model within 30 days. Go into your account, click on “my orders” and then once on the order, you can ask for an exchange (option only available if we have other sizes in stock). The return costs are at your expense and we will take care of the shipping costs to send the new item to you.


Refund Policy


You can return an item for a refund within 30 days. Go into your account, click on “my orders” and then once on the order, you can ask for a refund. The return costs are at your expense. After receiving your item, Worden will reimburse the total amount of your order (product(s) and shipping costs) except if you ordered several items and decided not to return all of them. Once we have received your parcel, it will be refunded to the card (or PayPal account) used to place the order within 2 to 3 days.


RETURNS PROCEDURE


If you wish to return an item:

  • Go into your account, click on “my orders” and then once on the order, you can ask for an exchange or a refund within 30 days. The return costs are at your expense.
  • Put a copy of the confirmation e-mail of exchange or refund in your parcel.
  • On your parcel, write the order number («WOR*****»).

IMPORTANT:


  • Items must be returned: clean, unworn and unused with original tags and packaging.
  • Shoes must be returned with their original boxes in a new parcel (do not send the box without protection).
  • If you return all of your order, you must return all the items you received, including goodies and gifts we may have offered to you (example : ski bags for skis).
  • Returns must use the postal services of your country.
  • You can purchase a prepaid shipping label from us for 7 euros, whatever you return to us. To do so, just type the reference 155732 on our search engine on www.worden.fr or click on this link, add it to your basket and place your order. You will receive your prepaid label by email within a few minutes (it can take up to several hours).
  • Once you have asked for an exchange or refund, you have 10 days to return the item(s).

Any return not in compliance with the previous statement may be refused by our returns department.
